Here’s How MarkovML’s ‘Analyze Customer Feedback + Reviews’ Workflow Works:
1. Log in to the MarkovML platform and click here to get started with the ‘Analyze Customer Feedback & Reviews’ workflow template.
2. The template loads a pre-set flow of actions on sample data. Customize the input to fit your needs.some text
2.1 Replace the ‘Use Samples Data’ block with ‘Add a File’ (from the Input tab in the left panel) and upload your reviews file.
2.2 Connect the new input block to the ‘Filter Columns’ block.
2.3 Edit the column names within each subsequent block based on your input data.
3. And you’re ready! Once your workflow is error-free, just ‘Run’ it and let the magic happen. You’ll be notified via email as soon as the execution is complete.
To configure your analysis for multiple data sources, tweak the workflow in the ‘Workflow Builder’ as follows:
- From the left panel, select the desired input block and import your second data source.
- Use appropriate table operations (JOINs, filters, etc.) to combine the data sources.
- Configure the remaining blocks accordingly, and run the workflow.
You can also schedule your workflow for future runs.
